3. Practical Good Ways

How to practice Presence

Overview

Practical Good Ways are methods related to our Presence. They express the 6th Level of our flexibility, sensibility, sustainability, accessibility, and capability.

Mnemonic: Palms Touching

Each of our fingers have been assigned with a different sub-level. They have also been associated with a color from the visible light spectrum.

By Palms Touching we mean that this family of Ways are the essence of the previous couple and next two Sets. Processing by Both of our Brain Hemispheres has been accounted here.

In fact, you may only learn this 3rd Set, and you would be good with all the rest.

Step 1. Practical Flexibility

Practical Good Ways may be expressed by being present through flexibility of intuition, tensions, behaviors, relations, and emotions.

Definitions

  • Flexibility: The ability to adjust and adapt to changing circumstances or conditions.
  • Intuition: The ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning.
  • Tensions: A state of mental or emotional strain resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.
  • Behaviors: The way in which one acts or conducts oneself, especially toward others.
  • Relations: The way in which two or more people, groups, countries, etc., talk to, behave toward, and deal with each other.
  • Emotions: A strong feeling deriving from one’s circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.

Step 2. Practical Sensibility

Practical Good Ways may also be expressed by being present through sensibility of purpose, honesty, generosity, consensus, and love.

Definitions

  • Sensibility: The capacity to perceive, feel, or be conscious of something.
  • Purpose: The reason for which something is created or done.
  • Honesty: The quality of being honest, fairness, and sincerity.
  • Generosity: Willingness to give more of something, such as money, than is strictly necessary or expected.
  • Consensus: General agreement or consensus among a group of people.
  • Love: An intense feeling of deep affection.

Step 3. Practical Sustainability

Practical Good Ways may also be expressed by being present through sustainability of indefinite capacity, intense magnitudes, dense coverages, resistant formations, and conductive conversions.

Definitions

  • Sustainability: The ability to support and maintain oneself without depleting natural resources.
  • Indefinite Capacity: The ability to function indefinitely without exhaustion or loss of power.
  • Intense Magnitudes: Great power and force of intensity.
  • Dense Coverages: A large area of coverage that is closely packed together.
  • Resistant Formations: Structures that are resistant to change or alteration.
  • Conductive Conversions: The process of converting energy from one form to another.

Step 4. Practical Accessibility

Practical Good Ways may also be expressed by being present through accessibility of experience, attentiveness, intention, simulation, and stimulation.

Definitions

  • Accessibility: The ability to access or use something, such as a resource or service.
  • Experience: Knowledge or skill that is gained by doing something.
  • Attentiveness: The quality of being alert and watchful.
  • Intention: An aim or plan.
  • Simulation: The imitation of the functioning of one system with another system.
  • Stimulation: The action of arousing or stirring someone or something into activity.

Step 5. Practical Capability

Practical Good Ways may also be expressed by being present through capability of potential reaction, kinetic reaction, radiant reaction, thermal reaction, and chemical reaction.

Definitions

  • Capability: The capacity to do or achieve something.
  • Potential Reaction: A response to a stimulus that is possible but not yet actualized.
  • Kinetic Reaction: A reaction that involves the motion of particles in a system.
  • Radiant Reaction: A reaction that involves the emission of light or other energy waves.
  • Thermal Reaction: A reaction that involves the transfer of heat energy.
  • Chemical Reaction: A reaction that involves the breaking and forming of chemical bonds.

Summary

Practical Good Ways may be expressed in terms of Flexibility, Sensibility, Sustainability, Accessibility, and Capability. Our Flexibility includes the ability to adjust and adapt to changing circumstances or conditions, such as intuition, tensions, behaviors, relations, and emotions. Our Sensibility includes having a purpose, being honest, generous, having consensus, and exhibiting love. Sustainability includes the ability to support and maintain oneself without depleting natural resources, having indefinite capacity, intense magnitudes, dense coverages, resistant formations, and conductive conversions. Accessibility includes the ability to access or use something, such as a resource or service, experiencing something, being attentive, having an intention, simulating something, and stimulating something. Capability includes the capacity to do or achieve something, such as potential reactions, kinetic reactions, radiant reactions, thermal reactions, and chemical reactions.
